Job Description:

As a Tech Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth by selling our intelligent hiring platform to top startups and enterprise level clients in Nigeria. You will need to be a self-starter with a proven track record of sales success and experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities in the Nigerian market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to closing the deal
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and improve the product offering

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software technology industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian market and enterprise sales process
